Affirmed. Plaintiff sued for negligence and premises liability for an assault that injured him in the Defendant’s parking lot. The trial court found that Plaintiff had not met his burden of showing foreseeability of violent criminal assaults. Therefore, Defendant did not have a legal duty to implement additional security measures to prevent possible third-party conduct.
