Paul Labiner is an of-counsel lawyer with the Personal Injury & Accident Law Center. He assists with complex cases including the pre-suit and litigation matters that involve significant loss and injury and medical malpractice lawsuits. He believes his job is to make the recovery process go as smoothly for his clients as possible. He brings a personable, client-centered approach to the personal injury matters that we handle.
His experience with personal injury law has made him successful in advocating for clients that suffer serious injuries due to automobile, commercial trucking, or motorcycle accidents, as well as premises liability cases and medical malpractice lawsuits.

Background and Values
Paul Labiner received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, in New York City. He has earned additional advanced degrees as a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter from the American College.
He belongs to the American Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Jewish Federation of South Florida.
