Paul Labiner directly manages the daily operations of all of the many departments of the law firm. Mr. Labiner began his career specializing in trust and estate planning and asset protection before additionally dedicating his professional career to representing personal injury plaintiffs. His experience with personal injury law has made him successful in advocating for clients that suffer injuries due to auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability cases (slip and falls; trip and falls).
Mr. Labiner handles the pre-suit and litigation matters that involve significant loss and injury to our clients, and he personally attends almost all of our clients’ mediations during the litigation process. Mr. Labiner received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, located in New York City. In addition, he received advanced degrees as a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter from the American College.

Brandon Labiner has spent the initial part of his legal career handling a wide range of personal injury cases. Whether a client is injured due to an automobile accident, slip and fall, dog bite, or a case involving the negligence of a property owner, Brandon takes pride in being able to fight the insurance companies to obtain fair compensation for his clients. After being born in and spending his early childhood in New York City, Brandon moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL and has been in the state of Florida for over 20 years. Upon receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida, he returned to Ft. Lauderdale to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude. Brandon now lives and works in Boca Raton, where he represents clients in the areas of personal injury, bodily injury insurance claims, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims throughout the tri-county area of South Florida.

Michael Faustino Amezaga received his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Master of Arts Degree from Queens College of C.U.N.Y. and has graduated Phi Beta Kappa magna cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
His career as a trial lawyer began with the Criminal Defense Division of the New York City Legal Aid Society. Upon relocating to Florida, he continued his career with the Dade County Public Defender’s Office, and later joined the City Attorney’s Office of West Palm Beach as a litigator. Mr. Amezaga then began to work in private practice: first as a solo practitioner, then as an insurance defense associate and later as a personal injury litigation associate.
Mr. Amezaga joined the Personal Injury & Accident Law Center in 2015 and achieved a $2.2 million dollar jury verdict in an auto accident case tried in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Mr. Amezaga is an experienced civil trial lawyer who is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida and the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice in federal district courts in Florida, New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
In his spare time, Mr. Amezaga spends time with his two sons, swims, and plays golf.
